Do you know any married couples w/ children who live apart?

Logistically it has become easier when DH travels. I get in a nice routine and when he's around throws everything off. Even though I work FT it's simply easier doing it on my own and not having to deal with someone else. My DH is FBI fled agent so he's gone all the time.

My friend's parents do this and I always found it weird. The husband works and lives in Texas while the mom is in New York. DH's aunt and uncle also do it- the mom lives in Maryland and the husband works in New York.
