there was a lot of Phil Collins on the radio in the middle to late 80s.

Ditto on Against All Odds. Best.Lite.Rock.Ever.
You can still catch it on 97.1 if you're luck

A friend had "Follow You, Follow Me" as her wedding song.
The marriage lasted < 3 yrs.
Guess they were Throwing It All Away.

I have Against All Odds on my phone. Great song!

I grew up here and "In the Air Tonight" was the most overplayed song on DC radio ever.

South Park has a great episode skewering Phil Collins because its creators lost the Oscar for best song to his POS from Tarzan. Very, very funny. And apparently he did divorce one of his wives via fax.

I was so tired of "In the Air Tonight" and the urban legend around it. But then Mike Tyson redeemed it in The Hangover.

I agree! Whenever I hear a a Genesis or Phil Collins song on the radio I am singing in my car! Brings me back to the 80's and 90's.

Were the 80s and 90s a better time? I am younger and feel nostalgic for a time period I never experienced.

I like to think it's like the show Dynasty, but with less money, obvi.

It's not as well known, but Driving the Last Spike is a fantastic song.

I agree, he's underrated and quite talented.

He was and is a very talented musical artist.

He has a very distinct voice, sound and musical style.

And he produced a very talented actress daughter too!

As for Rob Thomas, I love that video where he is in a suit, playing a news anchor. Also, for the song, "Bent," I love when he and his fellow band members act out characters for that song's video.

Three Sides Live is an amazing album, especially the 4th side which was recorded in the studio. I wore that puppy out in college.

The 80's by far....kids today don't know what music is.

Another artist that crosses all generations, Neil Diamond.

Good for him. There was nothing "fair" about UK taxes.

"Fair share" is a SJW canard. How offensive.

SJW is a fascist canard. Public goods cost money, and those who benefit should pay according to their means.

Freeloading SJW commie. Go back to Pyongyang.

Okay, Scrooge McDuck.
