Yeah, I know I need to let it go a bit. Seeking to find more peace and mindful acceptance in the coming year!

+1 for my 15 year old.

+1 we are going though the same thing. 2014 has been really rough.

We've been dealing with this for years and I've been wishing for the same thing each year. DS is 10 and had his first commitment at 6. Changing his meds every few months until we finally found something that seemed to work longer than the others.

Would you please tell us what's going on with your son? Why was he committed at 6? Was he a happy baby/toddler? When are the signs of mental illnesses noticeable?

I hope so for you too.

For us, for ASD/ADHD DS to make some real progress with impulsiveness and hyperactivity. Meds are starting to work, so fingers crossed.

I'd pick energy. I'm sick of feeling so lifeless.

+1

Try Bragg's unpasteurized apple cider vinegar. Does wonders, it'll make you an energizer bunny within 3-5 days

Happiest baby and toddler. Seriously, the best, and sweetest kid. At 3 it just went down hill and he would say there were others in his head telling him to do bad things. All classified as his own voice and not others.
He's dealing with a mood disorder, autistic spectrum disorder, emotional disabilities, epilepsy and ADHD (for good measure).

I was exhausted when I started this thread back in 2010 and to be fair I'm not great at expressing myself in writing during the best of times.

I would love to lose weight and be healthier.
But I really wish my dads brain damage would heal and restore his memories so I can work on getting closer to him again.

My car just died so a "working/functioning" vehicle.

Doesn't have to be a BMW or a Mercedes Benz.

Just a car that runs.
