When you precede 'literally be the death of us' with 'stupid government decisions', I think his point is made. He followed with "people should be protesting outside the white house.' You notice your little progressive article ran the thoughts together. I hear him every day. I assure you, the thoughts were more separate, much more in-depth, and very true. Only idiots believe that it's simply fine to invite a disease we've never seen on our shores, into our nation. In fact, it cost us dearly. The toll doesn't have to be in human lives. It's in dollars spent, the loss of business, and clearly, the trust of the American people. See 2012 elections for proof. |

Jeff, to delete my answer to your accusations, is pretty beyond-the-pale, given I broke no 'rules'.
I'm wondering now if you are afraid of opposing opinions, those that challenge you directly. |
|
Never mind - Jeff, I was incorrect. I now see my post - my mistake - I apologize
|
Indeed. Yep. And if you put it in context, he's talking about government lies and over-reach. |
Obviously, Ebola + government lies and overreach = stockpiling, gold, guns, march on Washington, etc. Except we're now in December and the end is not near. Ebola is not a threat to the American public. |
l My liberal husband disagrees. Time will tell. It makes sense to prepare, ie stay diversified and make syre you can take care of you and yours. Three days after Sandy, people were throwing punches |
Sorry, but your spin does not equal reality. Nothing the administration did caused a need for guns, gold, or food storage. And we need God every day, good or bad. |
We have not even begun to see the fallout from what's being done by this administration. It's called prepping for a reason |
Quick question: Are we still talking about Ebola here? Or are you talking about something else? Because I'm lost. |
Like Beck was, I'm talking about this administration and the decisions it makes. It is the posters who are focused on ebola who are short-sighted. |
Conservatives are a panicky bunch. Because of Obama's policies -- not ebola -- I need a bunker and gold and guns. Ha. |
You have precious little time left to prove yourself right. After all, conservatives said that we aren't allowed to blame past presidents for current crises. But let's face it, there is a double standard. Bush can't be blamed for the problems he caused. Obama gets blamed for problems that haven't even happened yet. |
| When you deliberately delay aspects of your laws until after you are out of office? You can be blamed |
Gee, but when you start a war and tank your economy, that's the next guy's problem. I have news for you. Everything a President does affects the country years after he leaves office. Every tax cut affects future deficits. Every war affects our people and our economy. Every decision to deregulate an industry creates the possibility of a future crisis. It's no different for liberal policies than for conservative ones. You just don't want to own up to the consequences of your actions. Christ, Bush wanted to privatize our social security. Can you imagine the state of our retirees when the stock market plummeted? |
Is there "research" on the subj? I bet there's "research"
