pork and truffle dumpling at a Taiwanese Dim Sum shop in Hong Kong. The most impressive bite of food I may have had as an adult.

Oh yes! I was going to say white truffle risotto, but you are 100% right PP. Make that the entire tasting menu at Commanders Palace in winter 2003, which finished with the bread pudding. Most unbelievable meal of my life! Sadly, when we went back a few years later it wasn't quite the same. Still delicious but not magical.
