Where do you buy your jeans? Enough with the low-rise jeans already...

Denim Bar in Bethesda (there are other locations) is EXCELLENT. They pick out stuff for you according to your body. They convinced me to get the jeans I have and I have never regretted it! Not cheap but I have worn the jeans like 5/7 days a week!!

Here's my problem. I have an apple shape. I have some flab around my waist line and no butt. So if low rise fit in the waist, they are too big in the butt. If they fit in the butt, I get a muffin top (not a huge one, but one that is too big to live with). Any ideas? (other than loose weight, which I did, but it came off of my butt not my waist, although I plan to lose more)

did I post this today and forget doing so entirely? This is sooooo me. I am not fat but the fat I have is in my midsection. Finding any pants that look good is tough as I am very straight through the torso. Boys' Levis used to be my go-to jeans in college but they seem to young and rough looking to me today. I want more stylish jeans. Help!!

Can you get some that fit the widest part of you and get the too-big part tailored?

South Moon Under (arlington), or Loehmans (Falls Church).
