Read the article, though not familiar with the videos or the father. This is very sad - he was 14 and murdered from a fatal shot to the head. A child. Tragedies like this happen far too often.

This child was 14. He was six when his father went to jail. Why in the world would you consider him responsible for his father's actions?

And for the record my friend who taught him said he was "smart, hilarious, goofy, and always put a smile on my face". And apparently wanted to be a lawyer when he grew up. But to some people on this thread none of that matters, apparently.

I don't think of JS as DCUM moderator. I think of him as the owner - as in, if he wants to shut down the whole thing one bright morning, he can just do it. A moderator would be someone he would hire to do that.
