I've been working with him too. How competitive did you find the rates he could offer? Was he willing to match others?

I cannot recommend Robert Rudd from Mclean Mortgage Company highly enough. He was super helpful, explains everything and super honest. The process was really smooth. I do recommend getting preapproved for a mortgage first (we did this for mclean mortgage company) and then once you decide on a house to get quotes from other lenders to see if the company you got preapproved with will match them if they are lower. In our case, Robert gave us the best quote but I'm still glad we comparison shopped.
