Pupil place at Lake Braddock instead of Woodson

Also check the space at the school. the rules are the closest school with the program that has space. My DC should go to West Springfield, but since they are full they are sent to LB.

There are maps on the FCPS that shows under/over enrollment.

Are you sure about that?

IB is something people.try to get away from.

Thanks!

OP here: we did a high school curricular transfer for AP, with Woodson as the closest school but closed to transfers. The next closest school was Lake Braddock. We had no trouble getting it renewed; Lake Braddock mailed us the renewal form to complete and we turned it in the next day.

Pupil Placement is bs
There is a reason why housing prices vary so much by school pyramid

If every school had every curricular option, then there would be no need for pupil placement.
