Can a violent registered pedafile live in front of an E.S.?

Is it an elementary school or a preschool?

I would be more concerned about an elementary school, because preschoolers are generally much more tightly supervised than, say, a 9 year old walking home alone.

I wonder if this is a situation where the building, which had been used for one purpose, got repurposed, and people already in the neighborhood where "grandfathered" in.

I know this issue. The person has a mental issues and is more gay than pedophile, the charge happened 30 years a go.

The home is his mom's and he is over the 500 foot limit.

I would be cautious of him but he is less of a threat so don't let your guard down focusing on this one.

How are these 2 things even remotely related? I don't understand.

To pp point if the offender had a realationship with a 17 year old and he was an adult, that is more gay than a pedo. That situation wouldn't be that much of a risk for the elementary or preschool. Yes offendersare terrible but you need to understand their target victims.

Yes, this is a building which has been repurposed several times - one of the programs currently housed in the building is a preschool special education program.

Yes, but on the sec offender registry, it will show you exactly what the charge was "for instance "carnal knowledge of a 13 to 15 year old minor" vs. "rape and assault"
