Coca Cola was the only "vice" I had...and I looked forward to the one can of it that I would allow myself to have every day. However, the Coke combined with some stress I've been under was been doing a number on my digestive system, so I quit the Coke cold-turkey, and I've finally gotten some relief I will admit that I miss the Coke very much!!! I think Diet Coke and Caffeine-Free Coke taste awful, so it's the red can or nothing! Just look up how much sugar one of those cans has, OP, and maybe that will help convince you to cut back on the extra cans you are consuming. It really is bad stuff.
