Addicted to Coke!

Buy a steak.
Poor a can of coke on it.
Go go sleep.
Observe what it has done to the steak overnight.

You can also just pour a can on your car battery. Shiny! Maybe it's not so good for your stomach, though.

I like Coke Zero Cherry. Try that?

That's not any better. Really.

Man, now I really want a coke.

I'm currently addicted to Diet Crush - it's DELICIOUS. Caffeine-free too! Try switching to that!

(If anyone lectures me about it's chemical nature, I'll bang you over the head with the 12 pack I just bought. I'm a healthy vegan exercise nut, this is my ONE thing. Step back. )

That's much healthier, you could try to find the splenda diet coke for something even healthier.

Sugar in cane or corn syrup is very unhealthy. Don't believe the anti diet hype which has been planted by the sugar industry.

Just do a picture search for "coke addict teeth" on google, that in itself may be sufficient to discourage further drinking of coke...

I was going to suggest this too. Start with 3 little cans and then maybe one in the morning and one in the evening. And then maybe just one in the evening.

I thought I was the only one! Hello my coca cola sisters!! Several years ago I gave up coke cold turkey. I drank only water for 6 months. I worked out with a trainer one time per week. I walked 2 to 4 miles per day and did 2 additional gym workouts per week and *completely* changed my eating habits. Lean protein, vegetables (lots of salad), and fruit. Very little bread or pasta or potato -- like maybe 3 portions per month. I did not lose a pound. Not a single solitary pound in six months and I have about 60 to lose. I gave up and went back to drinking coke.

Fruit only for breakfast & OJ fortified w/Calcium
A coke mid morning. Only 1
Healthy carbs/vegs for lunch
Tiny (3.5 oz) individual serving size of high-quality ice cream for 3pm snack
Protein/vegs for dinner.

No calories for drinks (except your 1 coke) Full glasses of water on an empty stomach - very little to drink at meals.

What you're trying to do is take-back your bodies ability to regulate your sugar-carb-coke cravings. This is roughly the fit-for-life diet plan w/some of my own modifications - I had to add in the ice cream.

Wow. Are you 275 pounds?

Try the seltzer water with flavor essence (not the splenda stuff). When it's cold it burns too! All those bubbles.

It was hard to go from Coke to diet coke but giving up diet Coke was a bitch. Especially if that diet Coke was your morning coffee.

If you replace it with water for one week you will be able to kick the habit. You will still crave it but don't give in.

I'm trying to give up refined sugar. Damn that coke for being so tasty!

I allow myself to indulge when I have PMS and the craving is stronger. I drink water and occasionally coke zero when I want one. I hate fake sugar and don't usually finish it.

I once gave it up for a week..... I almost died! Talk about detox, I don't know how drug rehab patients do it!

Agree with trying seltzer water.
