How about someone who quotes it properly with the right grammar, showing education beyond which you've mastered?

i doubt that such a person would make that claim with a sentence fragment.

...or using a lower-case letter to start a sentence, certainly not one which begins with a pronoun like 'I.'

I did not make the grammar comment, so I do not have to face the hypocrisy. However, I am guilty of typing on an iPhone.
