I personally think Greek yogurt is gross, low fat, non fat, reduced whatever, fruit added, honey added, plain, it's all nasty. It's soooo tart.

We love the Brown Cow or Stonyfield Farms whole milk plain yogurt. I put it on everything and even in place of sour cream sometimes.
