Yes, there are problems with the federal exchange. Yes, it is important to get those problems resolved. No, nobody should be cheering the problems. What I see is that the red states did zero to build their own exchange, and now they are stuck with the Fed Exchange which has to support 27 of them.

The blue states who built their own are doing fine.

Congratulations red states. You opted for the Fed to do what every state could have done on their own, and you got what you paid for.
