| Anyone know how much Tysons Sport and Health is? |
I checked in the spring and it was $119 for a couple. S&H has one of the dizziest pricing policies out there There is a basic charge and a separate fee to use other clubs other than the base club etc. They did have a very large list of corporate discounts available so don't forget to ask if your organization has one.... |
| Have all the programs now eliminated contracts? It looks like most have.... |
I pay $20/month @ a golds that used to be Fitness First |
| I pay 29 a month at golds, formerly fitness first. But I doubt that rate still is available. |
| Fitness Evolution in Sterling is 9.99 a month. No contract. Not large but new, and very clean. |
I just joined. 0 down, $30.00 a month. What is great is their memberships are all month to month and no extra fees. |
| If there's a Retro Fitness near you, it's a good deal. $19.99 per month for basic membership, $29.99 if you want unlimited classes. They have no-frills babysitting available, too. |
They had a promo in Aug 2012 we jumped on, $100 per person for an entire year (12 months) if pre-paid, unlimited training, open 24/7. Not the best place to work out, but does the trick for basic stuff. Now they are running $20/month, but check their website for promos. I've seen some gyms running discounts if you sign up prior to 15th of Dec. |

Lifetime in Reston is ridiculously expensive, but up side is that it's usually deserted. Also, because they pay their employees next to nothing and don't provide health insurance the employee turn over rate is beyond belief. Also, their fitness trainers are always selling something new. Seriously, management designates a different product each week for the fitness trainers to push and sell.
They squeeze every nickel they can out of you. |

Fairfax gyms? Lifetime? Anyone?
We need a family membership |
so that would be about $600 for the year Costco sells annual 24h fitness memberships for about $360 |
