I thought the crazy was just on these boards BUT then our child was moved up two grades in school. We are completely low-key parents but now we are getting calls from other parent asking 'how we did the move?' and trying to find out how they can have their kid moved up too. Some of these parents we have never met and they are calling and emailing or cornering us at school.

it is crazy.
