But, they are bad. They don't taste right -- almost as if they made them intentionally "healthy" and cut way down on the fat and sugar (filling) and oil (for the fried shell.)

Agree, the Pete's cannolis leave much to be desired.

Cool to know about the local family-owned cannoli biz. Will head over there next time I have the craving.
