When did you stop using your baby monitor?

When my daughter kept turning the base unit off herself, at 3.5. I liked having it for peace of mind, but she had other ideas! I still keep it plugged in there though because it has a temperature reading on it and I can quickly see if the room is too hot and adjust the vent. Our house is hard to regular temperature, so it's still serving a purpose!
