Jason's Vitamin E oil, the 5000IU version. It's made with almond oil and smells like something out of L'Occitane, but at drugstore prices. It absorbs beautifully, and the bottle lasts awhile.

I'm sorry, but the lotions mentioned here are not as good as dermalogica's hand lotion. They don't even compare.

Slather hands with Vaseline over night with socks on your hands.

Once a week, make a mixture of 3/4 parts sugar, 1/4 part olive oil with a few drops of vanilla and almond extract. Scrub your hands then wash them--tis amazing.

I spent $25 last year on a tube of L'Occitane with shea butter, and it was the only thing I tried that really worked. I still have some left this year, and it was worth it.

Aquaphor then, Eucerin

Before you even think about lotion stop using antibacterial soap. It isn't necessary and it is very drying.

Lubriderm is a wonderful, non-greasy lotion. Love it.

Dermalogica. It's a splurge but it's worth it, and it will last a while, too.

I really like Burt's Bee Thoroughly Therapeutic Hand Creme (honey & grapeseed oil). I got it at Safeway.
