Winter is killing my hands. I have 2 kids so I'm always washing something or someone. My knuckles are cracked and peeling and covered in tiny cuts. I've tried like 800 creams and lotions and nothing is helping. Give me new products to try please!!
Vaseline. I keep a small tub with me at all times.
eucerin
Eucerin Calming Creme
For me it doesn't matter which lotion I use as long as I use it often. I prefer Niven Morgan Jean Baptiste 1717 hand lotion because of the many kinds I've tried, it's the least greasy and seems to soak into my skin most quickly. What really helped me was wearing lotion gloves to lock in the moisture overnight.

Aveno baby.
And wash your hands with lotion instead of soap at home. |
Aveno baby
I keep Eucerin Plus intensive Repair Hand Creme in my desk drawer at work and in a kitchen cabinet at home. I apply it everytime I wash the dishes and whenever I can remember at work. It works great!
Amlactin.

A second for Eucerin Intensive Repair Hand Cream.
I use it, DH uses it, DC uses it. Works like magic. |
Another vote for Eucerin. Vaseline intensive rescue is good too. Carry around a trial size bottle with you so that as soon as you wash your hands you can remoisturize. That will go a long way to keeping your hands from getting so dry they flake.

Any lotion you applied very liberally, then wear some cotton gloves (or even socks) on your hands overnight
By morning they will feel amazing I also wear rubber gloves when doing the dishes, it really helps too |
Aveeno skin relief hand cream.
A big jar of Cetaphil cream (not the lotion) on the nightstand. Use every night while reading a book.
I started using soap with aloe so I get a little bit of moisture when I'm washing my hands
