Automatically in pool if nnat is more than 132.

I heard that if the child is not in the pool, there will be no in pool letter. But you will receive your CogAT score next week.

Does in-pool mean you are in AAP?

No, it means your child will automatically be considered for the AAP Level IV program. A pool letter does not mean that they are in.
