Am I going to regret white appliances?

I've had stainless appliances for so long, I'm used to it. It's not that bad. Keep a can of stainless cleaner and keep it moving!

I recently remodeled my kitchen and chose white over stainless, but I went for the newer shiny white finish with no texture vs. the older, textured white. I love them and think they look great (double ovens in particular are fantastic in this finish). Had stainless in my last house and like that too, this is just a different but equally nice look imo.
