How do I stop eating so much after the kids go to bed?!

Well I don't eat dinner until 9:30 with DH so I don't have time for late night snacking

Be careful to check out your brand of decaf. Decaf means less than a certain amount of caffeine, not caffeine-free. For example, Starbucks housebrand decaf has about half the caffeine of a cup of the average tea or a can of Coke. If you have to be completely off of caffeine, then just do your research into brands before you pick which one.

Go to sleep.

eat more during the day so you are not 'saving it' for the evening. Then, take a bath with a good book, and a glass of milk or hot cocoa. I believe you are eating as self soothing and as a 'reward' for the day. But if you're eating enough during the day, you shouldn't be too hungry at night. I eat a light breakfast, a big lunch, a medium or light dinner and one small dessert or other snack before bed, only if dinner was early. I eat more when I don't exercise.
