Well I don't eat dinner until 9:30 with DH so I don't have time for late night snacking

Be careful to check out your brand of decaf. Decaf means less than a certain amount of caffeine, not caffeine-free. For example, Starbucks housebrand decaf has about half the caffeine of a cup of the average tea or a can of Coke. If you have to be completely off of caffeine, then just do your research into brands before you pick which one. |

| eat more during the day so you are not 'saving it' for the evening. Then, take a bath with a good book, and a glass of milk or hot cocoa. I believe you are eating as self soothing and as a 'reward' for the day. But if you're eating enough during the day, you shouldn't be too hungry at night. I eat a light breakfast, a big lunch, a medium or light dinner and one small dessert or other snack before bed, only if dinner was early. I eat more when I don't exercise. |
