Mitt says he loves this country.
But Mitt kills everything he says he loves. Don't vote for Mitt. |
Why? Because you can't believe there might actually be people who don't bow down to Obama at every chance? |
Agreed. I don't place much weight in what is said in a debate...it's all pandering. You can deliver zingers or talk articulate all you like...if your policies don't agreed with my life, I'm not voting for you. |
Which is why debates rarely actually impact an actual election but the media needs a story so they'll tell you Romney won this one in the hopes it keeps the race artificially close |
As a former MA resident from the Romney years, let's be clear on one thing: All Romney ever did as governor was sign the laws that the Democratic majority wrote and passed. He managed not to get in the way of education or health care reform because he has zero capacity for political leadership. This is exactly what Republicans want him to do in the White House. If he's the next Ronald Reagan, then I must be the second coming of Jesus. |
Yes. Very true. This march idea sounds like a good idea. Thinking about it more, you just need to roll it up into Obama's old Ameri-corps proposal and call it the progressive march for peace, tolerance and a substainable earth. The "Fairness March" just needs to be branded properly. |
Are you actually making fun of the Bataan Death March? That is so fucking not cool. Do you know what those men, women and children, military and civilians both, had to endure over years starving and diseased in an enemy prison camp? Can you even imagine?
And Americorps was created by Bill Clinton and found worthy enough to be expanded by George W. Bush. Try again. |
Obama's entire presidency has been catchy zingers, slogans, hope change green main street etc. All gum flapping, no action, except Obamacare that is shutting down small health practices across the country and imposing health care taxes on the poor and middle class who remain without healthcare, and hummm - what did he do other than Obamacare? Oh those billions for the green companies that contribute to his campaign. Yeah, that's it. |
You mean besides heading off a second Great Depression? |
Well, in that case, we should all vote Republican, since they're the ones who increase government spending the most. |
No brainer for me. Obama all the way!!! |
I'm literally laughing out loud about this. That's what people thought about Bush and look how that turned out! |
Sorry, Wrong social engineering initiative. I was thinking of the, "The Give Act" as orginally proposed by team Obama circa 2008-2009. The forced invigorating volunteerism part of it somehow all died along with Obama's proposal to cut the allowed federal deductions to charities that was proposed back then as well (which turned out to be a good thing for Romney. Damn people giving their money to charities instead of the government...).

Yet both of you would likely view any voter who made such a statement and held similarly biased views towards Romney as uninformed, poorly read, ignorant or worse. |
