I am an undecided voter in Va. I am now going to vote for Obama. Mitt just changes position too much. |
I keep trying to tell myself this. I also keep trying to tell myself that Romney, if elected, will tell the right wing nuts in his party that he is the President, and they need to sit down, shut up, and work for the country and not their reelection. |
Most of the money going to the GOP is from crazy right wingers, so I find this doubtful. |
I agree; the whole thing was incredibly boring. Obama voter in '08, but still undecided, because I know they are both lying.... |
What about the PP's quoted statement is indicative of "bias" other than a preference for one candidate over the other? Is visceral dislike of Romney and all he stands for "bias" rather than a political position? So if someone says "Romney all the way, I could never vote for Obama" then they'd be biased too, right? |
In the first few minutes I was irritated by Obama and his lack of eye contact with Romney.
Obama's statement about how Medicare beneficiaries are happy with their care really pissed me off. Not one Medicare recipient I know likes the way Medicare is handled. Talk about being out of touch with reality. I'm writing in my dog. |
Many people are VERY confused about the difference between having a bias and having a point of view. Mostly Republicans. |
most definitely In fact, I plan on buying some of these - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6cbfgmorIGE |
What intelligent woman would vote for Mitt?
serious question |
I would never vote for someone that parks his money in off shore accounts to avoid taxes, makes money sending American jobs overseas and cannot tell the truth. Still voting Obama. |
Romney has never done this. He takes direction, he does not give direction. Take a look at his record as governor. |
You must have an astoundingly simplistic world view. I'm a woman who will take my 165 IQ to the voting booth to vote for Romney. If you can't even begin to fathom why I would do that, nothing I could say here would be enough to explain it to you. |
I work in health & love Medicare. Not perfect, but the people being denied benefits are generally the ones with private insurance. I also notice that everyone thinks their own insurance is great until they get sick. Then they are hit with the very sad reality that even if you've paid into insurance your whole life, and have a great plan, one devastating illness and that wonderful private insurance is screwing you over. I've seen it thousands of times. |
I don't think a statement such as, "Obama would have to frame my mother for murder before I voted for Romney" sounds like a political position or a mere "preference." Perhaps mostly Democrats view such an extreme statement as a "point of view." |
