Paraben-free/other yucky chemical-free deodorant that actually works?

I have not tried this stuff yet but had read about it in Elle magazine. It had great reviews.

I to try to compromise and usually go without in the winter. Can't do that in the summer!! And the natural stuff doesn't work for me. I use the bare minimum of deodorant in the summer. When my stick runs out I will try this paste.
