Where was your honeymoon and how long (how many days/weeks/etc.)?

Six night trip, one night pre-cruise and then a five night cruise. We did it as a total budget trip and it was amazingly fun.

We have traveled since but it is attached to family or work. I do regret not doind a weekend right away but my niece graduated from the af academy a few days after the wedding so we didn't have time.

You put a nieces graduation ahead of a honeymoon trip with your new DH? Wow, I would've been really hurt if I were him.

I did this and kinda wished we'd just done 2 weeks in Bora Bora.

3 weeks. We did a Safari in South Africa and a week in the Seychelles. It. was. Awesome. And we did most of it with points and airline miles. I had purchased the safari at an auction several years before.

2 weeks in Australia, going between Sydney, Port Douglas and Melbourne. Loved Australia.

5 days in northern Canada. We had no money at all--I think we did the entire trip for about $500. We took the train from Toronto to Cochrane with a bunch of northern oddballs including a woman who I think was thrown off the train for smoking pot in the bathroom (and we were in the smoking car!), and a guy who passed around a bottle of Jim Beam. Then we took the Polar Bear Express another seven hours past the end of the paved road to Moose Factory, Ontario. It's remote and absolutely gorgeous.

Oooh! We will be there for 7-8 days as part of honeymoon. Aside from the usual attractions, what did you do?
