Where are the 4:45-5am commute starters headed?

To 12:53, I get up an hour before going to the gym at 5:30. I shower, have coffee and maybe run a load of laundry -- I wish I could just roll out f bed but it takes me at least an hour to feel really awake.

You shower before the gym?

The dog-walkers and joggers who are out at 5 am make me scratch my head.

I'm up because I have to be. Those chuckle heads are awake because they want to be.

Not me, but have friends who meet at a Crossfit gym for a workout that begins at 4:30. You're seeing them driving to or from their gym.

All those Metro train and bus drivers who have to pick you up for your commute.

That's crazy! Like an episode of The Office. What happens if you get there too late for a spot?
