Rowing.

Between 9:15-10:30 -- it definitely puts a damper on the evening to feel like I need to be in bed to start winding down no later than 9:30. I should say that the most days we do the boot camp in any given week is 4, usually 3 though. Otherwise I go for a run around 7:15. |

the gym, then work. Wake 430, at gym 530, at work 7am. Daycare pickup and home by 4:30. In bed around 9, 9:30.
On weekends DD "allows" me to sleep until 6:30 or 7:00 - it feels like a vacation. |
| I WAH about between 15 and 30 hours a week, but I was just thinking today on a long walk that if I were to get a 40-hour outside of the home job, I'd love one where I could work 6:30am -3pm. |
Just curious, why does it take you an hour between wake-up and gym? Its not like you have to shower, right? I roll into my workout clothes and to the gym - up at 5:09, in the car by 5:21, at boot camp by 5:27. |
| Maybe she goes to work from the gym and has to do all her prep (except for dressing) before she leaves for the gym. |

To answer 12:53, I can't speak for the poster you are questioning, but I wake up for my boot camp 20 or so minutes earlier than I need to because I have asthma and have to use my nebulizer first.
My guess is that she is commuting to a gym near her work? |
| 5am running group. would never get it done unless it was early in the morning. |
| That's DH going to get in 10 billable hours before the little league game at 5. |
| Feds with a compressed schedule--work 4 10 hour days and get one of every week. |
| work start at 5am at the office. |
| Your neighbors are High School teachers, who need to get things prepared for a class that starts at 7:25 am. |
| hospital shift starting? |
got that right, sister/brother! at work by 6:30 each morning! ugh |

Work in an office that only has parking for 50% of the population and is not reasonably near mass transit, it's a race to the parking garage. I have colleagues that arrive at work by 4:45am.
Not me, but have friends who meet at a Crossfit gym for a workout that begins at 4:30. You're seeing them driving to or from their gym. All those Metro train and bus drivers who have to pick you up for your commute. |
