A meditative yoga sit-in in honor of the victim, maybe.
I think that is what they are planning. They are renovating and then going to re-dedicate the store after the new opening. I did not step foot in it before though and probably wont after.
Especially since I am kind of disgusted at Lululemon management (upper mgmt especially) in general with how the whole thing panned out.
Could you expand on this? I probably out of the loop, here. Although, I think it's ridiculous they asked the victim to search another employee's bag.
Ha if I do its going to spark an argument, I know it! Because I stated my thoughts on another thread and got attacked for that. I
do agree (and I worked in retail) that it was ridiculous to have to search her (I will not name her anymore) bag alone especially if mgmt knew the girl had a stealing problem. I have to believe the news sources in that there was an issue at the G-town store and she was removed because of it. Whether Lululemon has confirmed this or not I believe there was something going on they knew about, and they did not properly handle the situation. Thats MY opinion so please no arguments!
I also agree that it was they shouldn't have asked Jayna to search BNs bag along IF they already knew she had a stealing problem. But I'm not sure she searched it alone, there may have been other people around at closing. It is a common retail practice (and usually mandatory) for employees to search other employees bags, and I don't think Lululemon can or should be faulted on that alone. And yes, there may be more to the story...
Never shopped at that Lululemon anyway, but will probably purchase other Lulu pants etc. in the future.
