okay, let me get this straight? both daycares in MD are or were in court for failure to pay tax....and something else?
and the director hired by Lee (this Larissa Frost) has an assault charge? Damn, this daycare is around the corner, but I think we'll be avoiding this one. how could they open another daycare with all the legal stuff pending? |

| My son attends the daycare I am very pleased with the educational procedures and all the special program that the school offers. I'm not sure who is posting the information but the Director you stated is not the Director of this site. I am completely happy with my services and my son enjoys going to the school daily. My joy in life is to make sure my son is happy, nutured, guided and fulfill. |

The poster of this message has claimed to be the owner of Senses of a Child. She also claims to not be Gwendelyn Lee. I can't find a business registration for Senses of a Child and, as a result, have no idea of the identity of the owner or director. Could those of you claiming that Gwendelyn Lee is the director of the daycare please let me know the basis of that claim? |

| This forum is great actually. I visited this place and after an initial good impression, I had a strong, gut feeling that it wouldn't be a good place for my child. All of this information just confirms that you have to go with your gut ( and do your research). |

Misleading information! Wow…First name a business without some form of tax issue at one time or another. And they seemed to have corrected this back in 2005. They can’t be that bad they haven’t filed bankruptcy.
Secondly, I looked up the court documents as well. The lady “Rissa” was the “NOT” the offender in that event; nor did she committed the offense/crime. It was switched around. She filed the complaint…and it does seem slandering and very personal to post smiley faces and what not in documented information. As for the closing of the Fort Washington Daycare, it was a small building with few rooms. The owner voluntarily closed the facility to renovate and open a larger daycare & school facility; which is new 16th street facility, which happens to be the old British School of Washington. So what she closed a small “daycare” to open a “School” & “daycare” combined; that’s growth to me, not suspicion of bad service. Trust you own research and information I’m glad I went back looked up these so-called things or I would have been highly misinformed. Visit the place and pass judgment for yourself. |
