Conductor on the red line around 5:00 - 6:00 this evening

There used to be a bus driver on the D2 line (Glover Park) who was super friendly, greeting everyone with a big hello and a smile. He decorated the bus on holidays, passed out roses on Valentine's day, stuff like that. If I'm remembering correctly Metro got wind of it and told him to cut it out. This was maybe 6 years ago? Anyone remember that guy?

If you've ever taken Metro, especially the buses, you will know that decent behavior re: customer service would not be encouraged. Never mind outstanding behavior. It is the elephant in the room, so to speak. Everyone knows it is there, but no one NO ONE wants to talk about it.
