My BF was absurdly handsome when I met him, back in his 20's. I wrote him off as a shallow pretty boy. Finally took a chance on him last year. He's got a bearded mountain man look going on now, which is more my speed. I get a kick out of his old pics, but it doesn't mean anything to me.

Generally, women are more put together when they go to any event. For HS reunions, the men are either in really good shape or gone to pot. DH works out and told me that when he went to his, women spoke to him who wouldn't give him the time of day back in the eleventh grade.
