Not exactly this situation but very similar. The thing is, they are not telling me when I have to leave by and are having me continue to work. So far, it's been six months. I think they want me to find another job and quit so I don't get severance or unemployment and clients are not told I was fired, but how can you fire someone for poor performance but allow them to continue working for so long? Does that make any sense? |
