LOL I wonder if McEnroe is turned on by that? Not many men would be.
Just get electrolysis.

He’s married to Patty Smyth. Different person

Gross. No, definitely do not embrace it. Get them tasered off.

I mean if you want to look like a dude sure. Frankly all men and women start to look exactly the same by age 79. Men grow boobs and get soft, women grow facial hair, go bald and their midsection expands.

Tell me the pros/cons of IPL vs electrolysis vs laser?

How effective is each?
Do any work on white hairs?
Who do you go to or do you do it yourself?
Pain?
Time?

Or a good resource to understand these to help make a deicision. Thanks.

If you tweeze them every time, the root eventually dies. See also all the women who draw their eyebrows in now after tweezing them to death in the 90's.

Girl, this is so true. I had beautiful bushy eyebrows and tweezed them to death in my teens and early 20s. Now I have to get microblading to fill in the spots I tweezed.

NP
Girllllll I stopped waxing my brows out of complete fear of this. Once they started growing back slower . i instantly stopped.
Plus my sibling has a huge missing chunk from hers from waxing hers to death

No thanks!

No. Continue to tweeze or use a depilatory.

I tried laser and it didn't work for me. I also take spiro for hormonal acne, and I think the issue was just that the chin hairs were for hormonal reasons and the laser didn't work on that. But I don't know for sure, just that it didn't work. Electrolysis worked. I got it done professionally. And it does work on white hairs.

I think the number of sessions and the amount of pain are really YMMV.

The electrolysis people told me to never tweeze because it can make hair growth worse. I was skeptical, but there is research on this. I started using a little razor in between sessions and that's still what I use on any little hairs I still get. (With electrolysis, the hairs get less coarse as you do treatment, so even if you don't keep going to where there's nothing left, it's still much better.)

If they are dark you are lucky you can get electrolysis.

NO! LASER THEM OFF.

Laser hair removal (and you don’t have to grow it out for that like waxing). They actually tell you to shave 1-2 days before

That’s backwards. Laser is easier/cheaper and works on darker hair only. I know because I don’t have dark hair

Try it. If you feel comfortable, continue, otherwise get it lasered or waxed, no need to individually tweez one hair at a time.

Where can you go for electrolysis in the DMV?

You do you, op.

But I’m as low maintenance as they come, and the facial hair is one thing I would try to stay on top of.
