I’m increasingly frustrated by this forum as it could be such a fantastic resource. Input from parents with recent experience at these schools is so genuinely helpful as we navigate these waters. But the unfounded claims by folks that are just spewing inaccurate info is maddening. The claim was that UR is all rich kids. It’s not. Are there rich kids there? Yes. Are there not rich kids there? Yes. But hijacking the post to compare UR to VCU is not helpful to someone asking about UR. If you don’t have kids at these schools and don’t have first hand RECENT experience then just refrain from commenting. The espousing of hate toward these schools (seems UR and W&M are always in the crosshairs) is not helpful to those asking questions or those with firsthand knowledge trying to help answer questions. Let’s be better.
