50k is wildly inappropriate for a cut to the arm. Focus on real crime.

Being attacked by 7 individuals, some armed with a knife, is a real crime. Maybe you're accustomed to that kind of behavior and excusing it?

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (7News) — A man was stabbed in the arm after he was confronted by a group of teens inside a restroom at Wheaton Mall on Feb. 4, according to Montgomery County Police Department officers.

Investigators said a man entered the mall and went to a restroom, where he was approached by seven teens armed with knives. The man was assaulted and stabbed in the arm before he was able to leave.

Anyone with information about the suspects or the crime is asked to visit the Crime Solvers of Montgomery County, MD website at www.crimesolversmcmd.org and click on the “www.p3tips.com” link at the top of the page, or call 1-866-411-8477.

I hope they find these delinquents and throw the bok at them and the victim sues their parents for every cent they have.

Those kids look awfully happy for having gang assaulted someone with a knife. The pictures are clear so someone should be able to identify them.

If they truly did carry out this crime and were happy afterwards, they need evaluations for Special Education for emotionally disturbed students.

If a barber charged them for those haircuts, he should be locked up too.

There were 7 juvenile delinquents with seven knives and that would be 7 cuts at $10,000 for each cut and the reward should be $70,000.

To be as cavalier as you are then one of these hooligans must belong to you

No, they do not. I guarantee every single one of these teens is already receiving a plethora of school-based interventions to little avail because their parents are not pulling any weight at home. Don't throw good money after bad.

Hopefully someone will turn them in. They will continue to commit crimes and will likely be in gang if not already. How terrifying for the victim.

Just stop. You truly have no idea. Oftentimes the kids are acting out trauma that far exceeds “permissive parenting”. I wish that people like you had even a single clue. Until then maybe just keep your opinion to yourself.

Oh really? Please enlighten us. Trauma, which we don't even know is a factor here, is not a valid excuse for violence. These teens cornered and stabbed a man. It could've ended horribly for them. Schools do what they can but these issues are not on the school system to fix.

Then they need incarceration or hospitalization so they can act out their trauma in a safe, supervised facility--not on innocent victims in public places.
