Even if permitted, it would cost a ton of $ to dig up the entire front sloped yard and build a circular driveway with retaining walls. At that point it would be better to just buy a house a block or two off of Glebe on a quieter side street. |
agree that is the only demographic that makes sense for this house, but the price is too high for a group home to make sense financially. |

I actually like the house quite a bit - except that it's on Glebe. Otherwise the location is very convenient and the house itself has got plenty of charm.
I don't like the kitchen at all, nor the master bath. Is it possible the same person is responsible for those two (very) different choices? |
