I have to say I just drove past this twice and never noticed it. It's near Mt. Olivet church and a school on busy N Glebe Rd.

Don't hate it, the ceiling light fixtures are imo less awful than most ones I see in new builds. Want to see a floor plan because I don't think they show all the baths and bedrooms. The window right in the shower worries me wrt leaks and rot unless somehow it's sealed off from all water in a way that I can't see in the photo.

Under $2 million.

The house is only blocked on the Oct 2022 Google street view, but you can still see the house before it was "renovated" on the Oct 2023 street view.

That location/driveway situation is a problem. It looks like you would need to either back into or out of the driveway on Glebe road in a narrow driveway with retaining walls on both sides.

OP here again, still not a realtor, no connection with house or owners, not looking to sell or buy. But we did drive by again on way back from Riverbend. DH drove so I could look. They may have painted the door.
Still on Redfin showed up in my email today. I just keep an eye on N Arlington in case we have to sell.

No place to park and it would be impossible to get on and out of that narrow driveway onto busy Glebe.
