Made up? I assure you it occured and Susan Rice was the one responsible for it.

Clinton wasn't directly responsible for the negligence that led to American deaths in Benghazi but as Secretary of State, she had to take on some accountability for which she could have done a better job of. That circumstance isn't comparable to the deaths of American soldiers in the wake of the Iran attack.

I don't blame Hillary either, but Benghazi was shocking because the victims were diplomats. As stupid as it was for these six to be unprotected, the deaths of service members will never be as big a story as the deaths of diplomats.

I was at State at that time, and Amb. Stevens decided to go that day, against warnings from his RSO. Very sad outcome, but Sec. Clinton handled those hearings astonishingly well.
