Concern for safety in schools is personalized? Stfu.

Right - they don’t seem to understand what the “public” in public school means. It has to serve EVERYONE - not just your 4.9 GPA, violin playing, math genius.

Who is concerned about that? Read the threads. It's common topics that EVERYONE should be asking questions about. YOU obviously don't care about EVERYONE.

The PTAs and ptsa ones??

I sincerely hope the parents who are here bashing other concerned parents are NOT PTA parents. That’s the opposite of what PTAs are supposed to do. They’re literally the only formal advocacy outlet parents have in the system.

Of course not. But jealousy isn’t a good look.

You will never, ever, ever get all of the things you want and demand from MCPS, no matter how much you huff and puff and stomp your feet. Public schools are designed to serve the masses and not your individual circumstances. And honestly, many of you have inflated egos which cause you to believe you are entitled to everything you are asking for.

If you want to get whatever you ask for, be heard and have a direct say in your child’s school and policies, go to private school. Yes, it can be expensive but it’s worth it. Also, a lot of your expectations are just delusional. Some of the things you are asking for (and won’t be receiving) are not even available in private schools.

Beer money and champagne taste. No wonder you can’t keep a superintendent!

So, what'ya'you complaining about. Parents advocating for their kids?

Can't very well expect your sausage mills to turn out geniuses. I mean isn't that what you just said. Can't fathom why they rail on MoCo so.

No, what’s pathetic is the Mad Mommies of MoCo being predictably Big Mad about everything.

Something happens I tell my wife, “uh oh, the Mad Mommies of MoCo are gonna be Big Mad.”

I live in Virginia btw. I think you people are batshit loony.

You’re calling people who complain about MCPS on DCUM loony, but you’re spending your free time attacking people on a forum for a school district you don’t have kids in.

That sounds sane and normal to you?

Girl, bye.
