Money and power. Better to have it than not. |
Or proximity to it. |
Lawmakers will only name names on the floor of Congress because of the Speech or Debate Clause. MTG was supposed to do this until she was presumably threatened with her life. Funny how they always go after the women because, as mothers, they have so much more to lose. So show me the vids of legislators naming names. I assure you the list is very short. Also, keep your claims fluid because Bill and Hillary are on the docket. And if you haven't heard, two things have strangely happened since the CLinton agreed to show up. Bill has asked for the entire Epstein Files to be opened. And Chump has decided that Bill is once again his buddy now. You actually think the Democrats are going to throw a flamethrower at the Clintons? |
This. Most of the girls Epstein preyed on didn’t have a lot of resources. He recruited them from the poor part of town or from foreign countries. A few he did lure with promise of jobs and connections. |

I’m not trying to distract from the main question — it’s good to prepare kids for all possible dangers. But sometimes it’s easy to get distracted by the dramatic stories and miss the much more common threats right under our noses:
1. Most youth SA (s*x abuse) happens in the family or extended family, from teachers or coaches or spiritual leaders, among family friends, etc. Try to nurture an environment where your children can always come to you with difficult questions, and teach them to beware of ANY circumstances that feel off, not just from strangers. 2. Intervention from bystanders is one of the most effective ways to prevent SA in group situations like parties or school trips or sports. Encourage your kids to look out for one another. 3. Abuse of all kinds in teenage romantic relationships is more common than we’d like to think. Teach your kids what to look for. 4. Among things to look out for, teach them about things like “love bombing” as well as “grooming” type tactics. It’s counter-intuitive that someone being TOO nice or helpful or interested can be a red flag, and not all young people will naturally have that on their radar. |
Someone charming and hiding in the wings (not front and center) of society. |
It was a topic of conversation on radio shows, talk shows. Girls who were 17, almost 17. The countdowns. How old are you? I was their age. |
Gislane Maxwell threw people off. The sisters Epstein was exploiting had parents. One sister thought Gislane was his girlfriend and it was OK. Back then, who would have thought she was in on it. Still don't understand how they let their 16yo go to his ranch, though. |

| ^^ True but very sad. Can't imagine someone doing this to their kids. |
From all of the different things we are seeing in the files, I don’t think it revolved around him entirely. |
| Not just a lesson from Epstein, but lesson from Michael Jackson -don’t fall for promises and False praise. Don’t be blinded. Protect your child, don’t assume they know how to advocate for their safety- the parent must be diligent and responsible. |
There are different levels of justice in the country/world and it is clear that rich, white men are clearly above the law, and the more heinous the crimes, the more they are exempt from being held to account. |
The circle may not be fully in existence, but it is clear that people like Matt Gaetz were till taking advantage of the vestiges. That said, we know the names of the participants, other countries are holding those involved responsible. The question is, why isn't Trump and Bondi doing the same? And MAGA waits while the pedophiles they castigated via QAnon, run free. |
The scary thing is, there are probably other "Epsteins" out there doing the exactly same thing on behalf of foreign intelligence agencies. |
