Their Boys already play ECNL, and are probably not getting MLSNext. So I would say STA to ECNL is not stretch of a prediction.

Maybe no switches this year.
Could be a year of planning, restructuring for what’s to come.

I was told last year ECNL made deals with clubs to leave GA goto RL for a year and would promote them. They cant go from GA to ECNL because that would be cutting the line. There should be a larger than average number of ECNL girls clubs admitted this year.

Don’t think that is true. Depends on the club.. nationals and ukies went straight to NL. The smaller programs like SC Surf have to go through RL

More clubs are moving toward the MLS NEXT pathway. We’re seeing an increasing number of clubs leave ECNL to join MLS NEXT + GA .Last year was very telling, and I expect more changes and realignments this year. Because of the age-group changes, the number of moves may not be as high as last year, but the shifts should be more significant next year.MLS NEXT is backed by billionaire ownership groups, which continues to influence the landscape.

This is because they got in prior to ECNL and US club setting up their true pathway with RL. Where they’ve advertised RL as the way to gain access to ECNL.

Name a big girls ECNL club that left for GA? What’s going to happen is a club with MLSN and ECNL will have to become two separate clubs to get around it.
Of the leagues don’t end up merging.

Midwest United. It was more about ECNL politics, tho.

Is there a list of the clubs moving for next year? The PP says increasing but I've heard very little after last years re-alignment.

I was told ECNL will be posting something within the next few weeks of clubs getting promoted.
