No, but I’ve shown my kid the posts and asked if Spanish is as hard as people here make it out to be. Kid says no, but maybe my kid is relatively strong in languages? I’m not disputing that kids at TJ think Spanish is hard—there are countless posts about that—but merely noting that YMMV and it ma depend on how one approaches the class.

Started hearing the legends of TJ Spanish dread from parent acquaintances long before my kid even walked through the TJ doors. since the preview meet right after offers were sent out

I didn't tell my kid spanish was disproportionately hard. My kid told me.
If your kid wants to take spanish in school that is great. They can do something more productive with their summers than Spanish.
