This is good advice. The cleaning gives the anger somewhere to go — it becomes a physical act, which gets it out of your body. The music lifts, and your personal world is improved when you’re done. It doesn’t fix the thing that made you angry, but there is great value in getting the anger out of your body when it rises. |
