As far as the pros and cons in the bedroom: he will probably be very experienced, but also a gentleman who knows how to please a lady / knows what women like (what gets us off).

The con is ED. But there’s a super easy fix for that, in pill form.

In what way? I am 48. I am not much different than I was at 40. (I am a woman). I am not sure exactly what you are asking. I don't date my age or older. But I've been married and have kids.
