Question about GLP

Anonymous
I can eat what I want but the meds make me feel fuller a lot quicker or not want to eat because of the nausea. I am trying to change my eating habits so that I don’t have to take this forever. I’m watching what I eat and the portions that I eat.

Yes you need to be careful of what you eat otherwise you'll gain it back immediately upon stopping. You need to overhaul your diet for good.

OP here. Like Kim Richards would say to Lisa Rinna : "you should eat some bread" 😁 and be nicer (it's free)

Anyways, thank you to the people who gave me helpful advice !

You should learn how to use the search feature. There are like 14 GLP threads going on at any time.

the search feature on here is so terrible as to be almost useless

2. When you do eat, you need to make it nutritious since it’s a very small quantity. If you don’t prioritize protein, you’ll lose all your muscle.

3. I had zero cravings for sweets, coffee, or alcohol. High fat foods (fried or dairy) made me immediately nauseous.

Number 2 is what works for me.

I still eat what I want - but I want MUCH less of it. Want chocolate? 3 M&Ms satisfy me vs the whole bag. I can split a burger and fries with my young kid and still not finish it. Pasta? I could eat a whole bowl. Now a cup satisfies me.

I still have about 90 lbs to go, but I plan to be on a maintaince dose once I hit my goal weight.
