| There are lots of stores that will have a style like that in smaller juniors fit. Search “off the shoulder” and look at tillys, pac sun, hollister, Brandy Melville, edikted, garage and look for their smallest sizes |
I searched these places you mention but don't see anything with that kawaii thing she wants - lace or bows. If anyone has any links to teen clothes like the one I linked, I would really appreciate it. |
These are def not that bad |
Came here to say this. If she doesn't want straps showing (because I've seen plenty of girls who wear sports-style bras or athletic long line bras with this style sweater), then a bandeau bra will do nicely. |

I don't see the problem here OP
The one you linked is fine. If it's too big take her to a mall and let her find one that she likes that fits. Big whoop straps show. This is a you problem. Personally I think it is a horrible looking top you clearly did not teach her anything about style. There are so many more of these on the market that are nicer. |
| The top you linked is cringe inducing. I wouldn’t let my daughter wear it. |
Long and oversized is how she wants to wear it. It’s not a style I would pick but there is nothing offensive about it. |
| I don't have a teen daughter, but I've seen a lot of girls at my boy's HS wear cold shoulder with straps showing and what not. Just have her wear something under. It's in and not worth fighting about. |

Get it tailored
I wouldn’t for do it for everything for a teen but that is a very specific look |
