Not OP, but does OFW really stop the rage texts? Right now in the early stages of things and have ample evidence to get OFW court ordered, but is it legitimately worth it? I know I could block him then, which would be so nice, but I'd still have to read messages in the app.

Knowing that a judge would be reading them at some point if necessary should do the trick.

Knowing that a judge would be reading them at some point if necessary should do the trick.


PP here. Spouse already knows the judge will read texts (in proper format for being read). Lawyers have provided ample reminders. Still cannot change. I really do mean cannot, not will not or chooses not. At this point I'm assuming all OFW will give me is ability to only read messages when I log into the app, communication style will not change.

Of course, the spouse can change. That's ridiculous. I bet you a contempt order or similar from a judge would stop it immediately.
